Dear John,
Replacement windows may not be as exciting to own as a new car, but Jim and I are THRILLED with our new Pella architect's series windows! After living with 60-year old casements, I smile each time we open the windows for fresh air. (The bathroom casement window with built-in mini-blind is my favorite toy.)

You and your crew are the epitome of professionalism, and your work is A+. You are honest, fair, friendly, reliable, quick, clean thorough, and precise. It's not easy having one's home and business "invaded" by a home improvement crew, but they made it as painless as possible. And the end result - windows and restored dining room wall, is magnificent.

Now that the dust has settled on our project and we have begun settling into our new living space, we wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work that you and your crew did for us. We think so highly of John, Dave and crew that we absolutely wanted them back for our second renovation project. John helped us reconfigure our existing family room and office into a beautiful, handicap accessible, in-law suite for my parents all while creating another fantastic new family room space for us all to enjoy.
